Uyen is a proven strategist, organized, and output-driven professional and leader, with over 6 years of diverse experience and specializations in event planning (both social and corporate), marketing, social media management, and project management. She has majored in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Event Planning at Fairleigh Dickinson University (recognized as Top 7 for the Best Hospitality and Hotel Management Schools in the World) and graduated in 2022 with honors. Before and during her college years, Uyen has held multiple leadership positions in different organizations. In her career life, she has done two Sales and Marketing internships at the luxury and premium brands, JW Marriott and Sheraton respectively, under one of the biggest hotel chains in the world, Marriott. She has also been an Event Specialist at Aves Lair, a digital boutique accelerator and early-stage venture capital working within the verticals of Blockchain, AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Analytics, during her last year of college. Uyen’s most recent role is a Complex Destination Sales Manager, after being promoted from her previous Complex Sales Coordinator role, with Highgate Hotels, a hospitality investment and management company in United States with over 500 properties in their portfolio.
